@ldmckenzie2011 Studio 54 wasn't really all that. My friends and I wasted a lot time trying to get in that place only to find that it was full of bunch of fake ass snobs.

I know one is not supposed to live in the past, but my times at the garage were like touching heaven, nirvana, ecstasy-time stood still-no attitudes-we all just reveled in the love of the music. We had friends that we only saw at the garage but while we were dancing we were all one-or maybe that was the mescaline?

Out of Curiosity did you ever go to Paradise Garage, the loft or studio 54? Or is this a mere guess at what they played?

@crispyrhea My father was a member of paradise garage and he was a DJ. But I started out as a scratch dj on break beats in the early 90's but was always into disco.
