Rally Cross wasnt invented by Americans.
But ultimately I agree with you, I prefer a proper staged rally versus the Rally Cross stuff, but there is still a place for it.
I also don't understand all the Ken Block hate. He never claimed to be at the same level as Loeb or the other top WRC guys, he just says that he feels honored to be there. Nobody can deny that the guy loves to drive and is at least good enough to make a career out of it. So is he supposed to turn down the offer?

@tnsprtfaQ Honestly it's also quite far from the truth to say that rallying is or isn't a sport for a certain country. I'm sure Rallying wasn't the sport for Scotland until McRae.

@tnsprtfaQ What do you expect from NASCAR country? Honestly, I like Block as a driver but, the way he does things and "Americanizes" things is quite bothersome. As long as his sphere of influence doesn't bother the actual layout of the WRC or a majority of the field, Ken shouldn't be a problem. I just wish he would act a little more professional...That's all i ask out of him.

WTF i wrong with you guys? Ken Block is just trying to compete in the WRC. Last time i've seen him in an interview he said "I'm not even close to a stage win. Maybe in like 10 years." He never said "I'M GONNA RULE THE WORLD BECAUSE I CAN TURN LEFT AND RIGHT". So what if he has garnered a little more attention than the rest? huh? Grow up and show so human decency for someone who is actually trying to better his driving skills....

Rally is not for Americans. I get angry everytime I see his Monster car and his face.
WRC is not what it used to be anymore but I hope it will never be some fu.cking show in stadium with fireworks like X games. It really grinds my gears.

@OuijaB0ard that doesnt mean that he is crap... THere are alot of really good drivers that dont compair to loeb hirvonen but it doesnt mean there crap.

"hes not a rally driver" - Are you kidding? Hes competed in rally america every year since 2005. I cant wait for him to take on Loeb, Hirvonen, Latvala and Sordo this year. Those guys will wipe the smile off Americas face when they completely leave him behind and make their Hero look like a Granny behind the wheel.
