waiting for the day, waiting for the love of your life, waiting for a flight....waiting for the time to come....we all wait...and wait...that's what this is all about...waiting...and when Tom says " I wait...for you"...damn it took my breath away...GREAT MOVIE. That last scene where he finally gets the name and put it in the can..and closes it...and his face saying " mission accomplished"...is priceless, he waited a long time for that and he got it...that's what life is.

@Eyemayorist The complete music for this scene can be heard on the soundtrack for this movie. It's rack # 5 "The fountain scene". One of my favorites. I believe it's on You Tube right now.

No lie I honestly believe Tom Hanks is the best actor in the world. He's the best at every kind of movie. Action - Saving Private Ryan; Comedy, Drama, and Romance at the same time - The Terminal, Forest Gump and a whole lot of other movies that I can't remember; Family; Toy Story and possibly other ones that I can't remember either. :)

I agree completely with you. I have others names: Cast Away, The Green Mile, Road To Perdition, even Lady Killers and Polar Express.
He is the master! Make a team with Tom Hanks, Spielberg and John Williams and you will be obligated to bring a oscar with you.
