  • Anyone doing these should repeat for 3 sets. These are great to do. I would also recommend doing them twice a day, morning and night for best results.

  • Ouch. Hurts my hips just watching... just a few years ago I could have done this pretty easily though. Good stuff - off to start this as a daily routine!
