It'd probably be smart to test it on bsnes which actually emulates hardware bugs well. Fwiw, ZSNES runs a lot of crap that won't work on an actual console, which is why it's preferred for romhackers (I guess.)

Really? How was this found out? I don't see how it differs much from the YI3 one.

The one in YI3 was possible on the SNES, but the one in YI2 isn't because, like I said, it was an emulator error. Pretty sure if you did this with ZSNES, it wouldn't work either, but don't take my word for it.
