11 Aug 2007 some of the RATS and friends headed up to the Nantahala river for an afternoon of rafting.
Video was taken with an ATC2000 helmet cam worn by Brian.

You'll have a great time! Just be warned, the water is a balmy 45 degrees, so go ahead and prepare for your feet to be cold.
Other than that, I highly recommend you and your unit check out Pizza By the River (PBR). It's a mile or so before the last class II/III run back to the Nantahala Outdoor Center.
