This band line-up features the legendary Jorge Montes on guitar. Septima Brigada was a well-kown band in the late 60s. They played mainly Beat and light-Pop music, then they decided to add a new member, Jorge Montes, in their personnel and it caused a dramatic change in their style. Full of passion and inspiration, his influences and sound were decidedly rooted in the early-Santana style and the psychedelic West Coast sound. Cool Latin rhythms w/ nice guitar and some unusual sax arrangements. Argentine pressing on Disc Jockey label (1971). Soy hijo del Mar has an amazing guitar solo at the end of the song.
