AI: I just feel good about the situation,man, just knowing the success they had before me, and just wanted to come in and make them a better team. you know, what surprised me the most is the toughness that they have. that's what excited me the most - the mental thoughness.

AI: First thing that went through my mind is getting straight with my two oldest kids. that was the thoughest thing. My daughter had a big problem with it, and my son, he had a problem with it, but i explained to them that this is the life that we live.

AI: I explained to them that when you get traded, obviously the team that trades for you they want you, they want to welcome you to their city. once I explained that to them, helped them to understand they would meet more friends, they would see their other firends at summer time. new teachers, new enviorment, everything would be cool. they were all right with it once they got comfortable with it. you know I was happy and ready to go.

AI: I have a shot now, I feel like the sky is limited for us, they have been to the Eastern conference finals 6 times in the row, I just want to be the missing piece that can get them over the hump.
