Manmohan Singh's convoy

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's convoy passes through Anna Salai Chennai. The traffic was disrupted for over 30 minutes. It took some time before the bottlenecks across the city were normalised.

@msvisio seems you didn't notice that there was a BMW 7 series car in the convoy...that's the car which is used for the prime minister. usually his convoy includes 2 BMW 7 series and 5 of BMW X7 cars and 5 modified TATA safaris too (these were not in this convoy though)
