@kaebeezle I agree, there's just something subtle about this version which gives it a sinister feel which, although being sinister probably wasn't the goal with PoR's version, isn't matched in PoR.

NAZI SKELETONS!
-
Hadn't heard it before, thanks for the word up.

I loved that level. And the music was incredibly good at setting the mood. This was THE level if you enjoyed killing skeletons.

@csutortok Good eye, I mean good ears lol. I just heard this during my music final and thought the same thing.

You said it. This version's way more methodical and grim-sounding. It's like getting slowly crushed beneath the weight of some force that has no concept of pity.
-
@csutortok That is beyond awesome.

@thatotherfilipinoguy for some reasons the Tool Assisted Speedruner found a way to run straigth trough those blades xD

This. is. one. of the. best.vg.soundtacks.ever. ( IF NOT THE BEST) .
PERIOD.
The arrangement in PoR really can't compare to this. There's something sinister in the Genesis FM chip that comes out in this song-- the metallic, hollow percussion is in perfect context for the setting of a German munitions plant.
