Its the famous farewell scene from episode 31 of Rurouni Kenshin
I don't know now how long this video will be up here. I'm not sure if they're gonna try and take it down, but anyway here it is. Enjoy

I'm going to try and put up the "Welcome Home" scene. The one where Kenshin returns with the gang from Kyoto, to Tokyo and Kaoru welcomes him home. Hopefully it'll be up soon
