Sit down and warm yourselves by the fire, young pups. As Ye Ole Uncle Mumra from jolly England tells you a story of yester year. One year to be exact... in a far away land. The land of MGOOooooohhhhh (distant echo fade as we time warp).....

This was a different time in MGOs history, long ago before the dark times that we experience today. It was the time before most lagging and glitching. A time where Konami would actually fix shit like the dreaded Death Loop. It was also a time before cowards and douche bags discovered the 96kb setting. Ahhh... the days, where honesty was more commonplace.

Some things however, never change. Like how in this video, when playing TSNE with strangers, its often better to wait for all the rushers to foolishly SOP with each other and go solo. As you can see I get left alone by myself due to someone being scanned.

My MGO skills were not as they are today (even though Ive marginally improved). But in a way, back then, I think I was more cunning. I should perhaps try to remember and re-incorporate those true instinctive sneaking skills to todays game. Although, Im sure modern MGO and its players have evolved so much that perhaps itd be out of place.

As you can see in the video, this was a very tricky situation I found myself in. Every time I thought it was the right time to make my move, Id turn around to discover the enemy breathing heavily down my neck :S. All things considered, I think I did pretty well. To this day, Im still unsure how Koopa Trooper knew so precisely where I was.
