no wonder so many pedestrians, bicyclists and animals have been killed on this road. slow down and enjoy the scenery.

I know this road very well. I walk my dogs at Alihies beach and stay at Ardgroom. 2009 was a very cold winter!!

growing up I spent my holidays around Allihies, Cahermore, and Castletown, travelling extensively along these roads. Haven't been back for a few years but watching this may have just swung it for me :). Thanks for posting this, your efforts are appreciated!

I drove this road back in 2002. It really is beautiful. The oncoming cars can be a little unnerving, though!
