@bonnie43uk even assuming Tf00t is being deceptive in his use of video clips, this says nothing whatever about whether it's an infringement on anyone's copyright such that the DMCA is an appropriate legal remedy. It doesn't, and it isn't.

So, to the extent that there's an issue here I care about, nothing DCV has said is of any merit in that same sense.

The appropriate remedy if one thinks Tf00t is dishonest is to refute his errors and demonstrate they're knowingly false.

Unfortunately for you, you are not allowed to argue from ignorance. i'm a classicist, not a physics teacher, but I will tell you that you computer wouldn't work without the actions described by quantum mechanics. So you either have to accept them or hypothesize that a demon is reading what you type and simulating the responses you see on your screen. I guess you don't have a problem with that.

@VyckRo however, none of this has anything whatever to do with whether DCV is a legal agent who is authorized to file legal process on behalf of the videos. I suppose we'll see if he files a lawsuit in response to the counter-filings that are being filed. If he does, then we can litigate it to see what standing, if any, he has in fact and at law.

@VyckRo I fail to see how Thunderf00t's video counts as any group acting as a herd. There is no requirement whatever in copyright law that the original work has to be cited; moreover, even if there were, there's no reason to think that drcraigvideos is the copyright holder who is owed a citation. Even further than that, since the video is on youtube, it's subject to reuse; the sharing permissions on DCV's channel do not require attribution. He could have selected otherwise.
