  • Many people say "Peace!"...but do they really do anything realistic to promote it?...Tim is indeed a guy entitled to say it just because he does something about it...

    Search your feelings and conclude whether or not you feel entitled to say it....And if you don't I suggest you do something about it....Look at what Tim's doing and start from there...

  • @frugalnanny for balancing hormones Macca is the best & if you take along with it cod liver oil or krill oil cause is better, then U got a nice anti-depression shield, your mind,energy will be changed so much ! You will feel optimistic and powerfull. For fat it is not the sports it is giving up on bread and fried in oil foods, also sugar-cookies. Use honey where necessary. Big salads, and fruits - banana based salads will fill the void left by breads pasta and potatos.If is healthy eat a lot.

    I have been doing more and more raw since March 2010.

    I eat a lot of avocodos and flax.

    i find that the more raw I eat the better I literally feel.

    I stioped drinking cofff a few weeks ago and this helps more than I can say.

  • @frugalnanny EFA oil(essential fatty acids) will balance out your hormones. You can take it in a supplement form if you want, I personally take "the total EFA" from health by the sun. I take the vegetarian version of it. It doesn't taste good, but you just take a tablespoon, so it's no big deal. Hope this helps! Eating a raw food diet will get rid of your belly fat, and make you feel great.

  • lol i'd rather live to eat! Food is amaaaaaazing.

  • the solution to this is to simply try it. temporarily. Like a software trial. Try it for 30 or 60 days and see what happens. Maybe it'll change your life or maybe not. You can always go back.
