Bob Marley & the Wailers live at the Beacon Theater in New York during Rastaman Vibration Tour. They made two concerts this night and this is the early one. 1976-04-30.
Night Shift was released on the Rastaman Vibration album and was performed live three times (yet known).

Yes it is a soundboard recording. Do a google search on the show I and I think you can easily find it, it's common.
