Wow Bayer....smart comment. Scares and not lots of gore...I totally agree. That makes a great story, but not enough can also take away a lot. But, caring about the characters? I felt it was emotionally distant.

lol, nothing wacky? The CGI is...and the one liners....1984 Krueger cracked no jokes.

I love Jackie. Nice guy. Not full of himself. Unlike the others...I respect him loads.

Platinum Dunes needs to stop remaking these classic horror films. They can give up the act we know it's an easy buck all the way to the box office. Some of the stuff they do is cool but barely. Just stop embarrsing yourself and good movies.

@stefanybody A Nightmare On Elm Street Remake made over 105 milliion dollars worldwide and Jackie is signed on for two more sequels so you know what there are lots fans of the remake out there just like me! By way Dan Fellman of WB said the remake showed them that series is still alive! So you know what Freddy's not dead he lives on to see another day! Jackie Earle Haley ROCKS!

How the hell can you seriously stand here and tell me the Freddy's Dead was a good movie that has be one worst horror films ever made in history of horror films! First of all the death scenes in Freddy's Dead are beyond horrible they are just pure goofy and really poorly done how dare you say the power glove was cool! You know what you just proved my point that the remake was amazing!

@sexydanny21awesome ima fan of the old freddy so it shouldnt have even been remade and if its remade it should be the old cast, and if it is a new freddy it better do a damn good job something the new nancy sucked ass at and all the other as well, all the old films are great in the own way. the power glove was cool and everyone liked it. the new freddy sucks and everyone agrees/

@stefanybody There was lots of original movements in the remake it even dig deeper into back story of Freddy! And they never recreated the tub scene it was 20 second scene that just showed Freddy hand poking up and they did that because the audience loved it!

@stefanybody Look its not suppose look the original Freddy because its a new actor playing meaning its a different look! Its like how Heath Ledger Joker looked different then Jack Nicholson! Thats the whole idea not a carbon cut out but its own thing its a variation of the same character thats what makes it original it has its own look to it! I like the new Freddy face because adds something new to the character and adds a modern day look to it.

@sexydanny21awesome if its supposed to be so diffrent why did they make nancy and the tub and wall scene and they even used phrases from the orignial such as hows this for a wet dream at they used it at the stupidest moment wen shes in the blood. this movie was a fail harcore, trust me most people do not like it. a part 2 will be made and thats really it. they fucked up , sad!!!
