who are they?!?! when you kept sayin it..pls tell me

Dan Abnett must have gotten some inspiration for the Ghosts from Bernard Cornwell's Sharpe series, Gaunt and Corbec even look like Sharpe and Harper, and Larkin is just like the 95th's crack marksman.
-
i dont know dont like that they become traitors

I would love to see Dan write more Alpha Legion or other Chaos material. Personally I would like to see him do something from the demons PoV for an insight into the goals of the 4 powers beyond the domination of the galaxy. Perhaps what is Tzeentch's goal if he were to conquer the w40k Universe or once Nurgle takes over and rots everything whats the goal afterward. I would love to see what a writer like Dan would do with something like that.

i hear you mohawk, i used to hate the whole vision of 40k and thought it was simply a teenagers wet dream about big guns and massive killings. dare i say it.... dan gives us a grown ups point of view and adds the detail needed to make it all believable. great work dan, your my favorite writer by a long shot

Dan ROCKS!!!

Brothers of the Snake was great. I'm still working on it, I but I've been hoping for a sequel.
I've wondered about their primarch as well as the chapter's origins. Maybe I'm imagining things, but they just feel different from other chapters in their beliefs and perspectives regarding their duty as Space Marines.

The portion of bookshelf visible in close-up appears to be composed almost entirely of Chthulhu-Mythos and the Fortean times, wonderful.

I will cry hot tears of joy when i get to read the third Inqusitor trilogy... In the meantime has anyone watched the Anvil dvd and thought Chris Tsangarides looks just like Dan Abnett!

wow the ending of A Thousand Sons is so TRAGIC !! mind-numbingly so
Mr. Abnett is such a down to earth guy. I love listening to this man almost as much as I love reading his stories.
Thanks for all the excellent thrill rides and all the wonderful and exciting worlds you have given me the opportunity to escape to.
