My final submission of the Brahms for the YouTube Symphony audition. Not flawless, but in the process of recording and revising and recording and revising, I learned more about creating musicality in a piece in these last two months than I have in years of piano lessons (when I was far more indifferent toward playing). Even if I don't even make it to the final round of selections, this experience has been an incredible learning experience, time which I count well-spent.
A HUGE thank you to everyone who commented, voted and provided feedback. The support and encouragement has been appreciated immensely...I would not have had the energy to get as far as I did in this timeframe without your help.
out of topic: Have you seeked very quickly trough this video? You can see the sun movement!!! It's interesting :)

Hahah, it is! Sharp eyes...I actually did wonder, while I was recording during the afternoon and the sun was setting, if there would be discernible changes.

A lot of people have already fallen in love with your talents. Even tho being a finalist, being selected and playing with the orchestra is incredibly amazing, you talent, with the help of the YouTube site and comunity, has already made you inmortal to a large amount of people around the world. You are an artist, and I'm sure that the recognition of your work is already pretty satisfying. Pardon my bad English, and as many, I hope we can become friends: bound to the universal language of music :)

Oh, thank you for such kind words. =) I've just been trying to have fun with music (which I didn't really know enough to do when younger), and hoping that others are also inspired through the process.

You did really great in this video too...I think you shouldn't be nervous if you get pick in final round but if you are pick in the final round can you perfom of thousands of people in the audience...I think thats what the judges are going to compare everyones videos on....I wish you luck!!!!!

You make a good point, and it's one that occurred to me as well, but I don't know how anyone would be able to tell from a recording how well you might perform before a large audience. =)
Thank you! And as you predicted, I've been notified that I'm in the final round. Yaaaay! But I'm not done yet. Even though I cannot change my contest entry, I'm still working on polishing up the two pieces...if nothing else, for personal conclusion. Hope you come back and view the results in a week!
