Please tell me this is a joke? Mars has no atmosphere, no magnetoshpere and no protection from solar winds. Surface water evaporates at low temperatures at the low pressures on mars, you are seeing what you want to see! The fact a sandstorm on mars can cover the whole planet is proof of the lack of atmosphere. You can observe this yourself with a big enough telescope, NASA is not lying, look for yourself!

The things you say like Mars has no atmosphere, no magnetosphere are statements released by a lying space agency. Yet you believe them and forget without atmosphere there is not wind. @Ufoevidence101 Also NASA says the average temps on mars in the summer time at the equator of mars can reach 50 deg F to 70 deg F. Well if mars has not an atmosphere how does it hold these temps? Do some research for yourself and quit believing in a lying government agency.

@SuperNewf1 Yes good call. Wow that brings up the Mars dust devils. NASA claims there are dust storms on mars - they call them dust devils to spin it into a mystery or just an anomaly . This is the same as the moon flag moving on the moon in what appeared to be a wind blowing the flag. What is interesting is that they said it was impossible for the flag to be moving from wind when there is no atmosphere. NASA proclaims dust storms on mars. Good comment! Thanks for visitng>

@Ufoevidence101 ermmmm... Mars HAS an atmosphere - that's according TO NASA! They're also actively searching for liquid water because there's evidence that there was some liquid water on the surface, but it's not there any more. Mars also has water ice on it's poles. If there's a cover up then it's the worst one I've ever seen because they seem NOT to be saying there's no water on Mars. You haven't discovered water lakes. Just go read some articles on Mars and stop fantasising.

@dj2baduk Think what you want friend. The images show water in large pools on mars. They have found some water evidence running down the side of a hill. The images I seen show a dark area starting at a point and spreading out as it spread down the slope. Now if the dark saturation markings are there then the water was there at the time of the image. What you are saying is silly, and they want you to believe it. Nasa finds water, but its not there any more. It's a mind trick.

I'm not sure. Just because they look to be smooth doesn't mean that it is some kind of liquid. The resolution of these photos can't be high enough to distinguish between smooth sand and a pool of water. Add the angle of the shadowing and you don't really have a strong case for lakes on mars. I'm not saying that it can't be true, but the only way to know for sure is to compare fractal analysis of the light. Then you could see if the light is passing through a liquid.
