Motorola W376g for Tracfone Review

A little review I did for my Motorola W376g phone for Tracfone. Please note this is not the W375, I just took the front faceplate from the w375 and put it on this W376g.

is it a 2.5mm earpiece? if it is and still not working, it may be bad (they make them really cheap now a days)

how do you use the openwave web thing? i have used up alot of minutes trying to figure it out. i have never been able to get anything to come up on it. i also have no idea how to send pictures to my home pc which you are supposed to be able to do. any help would be very cool keep posting by the way. When I first got this phone I had the same problem. You have to call up Tracfone and have them set up the MMS and browser settings for your phone.

these phones are very slick and have great reception... yeah they're not high tech like the iphone but i already have an ipod so i just needed it to talk and text plus it doesn't cost 100 dollars a month... they're great i seriously recomend them

also, i loved it because it would play ALL the way through the ringtone, including the text ringtone! (unlike most other phones). and the calling ringtone didn't have that fade-in feature at the beginning of it! personally i really digged that, but if you do want your tone to fade in, then set it on the settings in myxer, or whatever ringtone site you want.

you can actually get custom ringtones for that phone. i used to use that phone (before i swam with it for 5 minuets!). all i did was: go to myxer, and create my ringtone(about 30 seconds because this phone can only download up to 100 kb off the browser), download it off of the browser and set it as a ringtone!

I bought this as a standby and thats a good reason for buying it. I's cheap, reliable and user friendly. The photo's it takes are great. Before you buy it just check that what they offer is what you get, I for one was fully satisfied with this deal from Tracfone.

This is not a phone that costs over $100 amonth and that is the exact reason Ilike it. This Motorola W376 has everything sensible that you need in a phone. Also, it comes from Tracfone and that means NO CONTRACT, unlimited talk time and good service which is what Tracfone is all about

@Miser818 Me too... Got one a couple weeks ago as a backup and I'm loving it. Never drops calls, battery lasts forever and it really is the best value phone i've ever had
