@Dancrof80s nope, definitely not. I actually met the cop during a later story, and his wife was very angry with me. Honestly it was just used as clean humor and no ill harm or identification of the officer was ever used.

Had nothing to do with the gymnasts, or the kids. He simply couldnt free himself from his clipless pedals. Happens to everyone who uses them at least once. Unfortunately for him, his just happened to be in front of a parade. Still funny.
