I consider the use of these bench suits a total joke, cmon this is more like a fucking circus, give a bench shirt like that to a pencilneck that started lifting 1 month ago, then put 200kg on the bench and tell him to do a rep...
He cant, not just because he cant do the lift but because the bench shirt doesnt let him touch with the bar in his chest...the shirt is grabbing the arms and pulling them up all the time, the tighter the shirt the better and the more i laugh at the lift.

it gets to a point where their chest is so big and there arms are so big that they barely have to even go down to touch their chest when they bench press

@Heimo111 miksiköhän tuo viimeinen veto hyväksyttiin tolta riehuvalta röllipeikolta..? Tuntuu muutenkin vähän erikoiselta kaverilta, ja sen tossa ekassa vedossa ois voinu käyä huonosti... mikä on expertin mielipide? kun olit livenä kattomassa.

Jos meinaat sitä kun terroristi pudotti raudat käsistään down komennon jälkeen? Pro liiton säännöt sallivat tiputtaa romut alas näpeistä polvilumpion alta. Tietty ne pitää eka vetää ylös. :) Oli kyl tää terroristi aivan mahtava kaveri. Mylvi vielä 100 lasissa 15min nostonsa jälkeen bäkkärillä...Painetta koneeseen! :D
