heyy i got a hp photosmart and i just dont know how to turn it on. i know where the power button is but when i turn it on it flash then turn right back off…. and it keeps doing that.. and im having trouble.. it was an early christmas gift.. i would really appreciate if you would help me and be able to answer this question! thank you !
