Because the rich put back into the system, PROVIDING jobs/large economic spending when giving to the poor is"lighting cash on fire". Ultimately, neither should get help because both need to learn "RESPONSIBILITY"! It goes with wide ranging choices. Companies should stop taking money they can't return & women should not have sex if they can't afford a child etc. The only way it will end is to set examples NOW that if they keep it up they get no help. If not then both will keep doing these things.

The problem Dem is that it is SOOOOooooo easy to get on food stamps that of all the handout programs in the USA Food Stamps is the one that is abused the most. All most all of the people on food stamps dont need to be on food stamps.

Why shouldn't the government take care of its poor? They already support welfare for the rich and pay our corrupt politicians to do nothing, and that money is coming from our tax money. I'd rather give the money to every poor and middle class person!!!!!!!
