HEY CRAZE!!!

Time catches us with all of us doesn't it. Sometimes causing pain and eventual grief and loss like when the Great One died. But if we remember the great times always we will always be in a better place. Jackie Gleason was larger than life and he took us to those great times on TV when life was easier and more simple. Nothing gave me more happiness than Saturday night on CBS! No one lived life like everyday was his last like Gleason. Not a bad way to live, to die and to live again...

I'll never forget in 1963 when I was 13 I apparently had managed to miss him singing on the show and he was on doing his Crazy Guggenheim skit and I left the room and when the singing started I went in to see who had that incredible voice. I had a hard time shutting my mouth and just stood there gaping. Wow, what a voice! Mellow, deep, sweet -- what a gift to everyone listening! Thanks for posting it for everyone.

not trained! Natural voice and built in talent. One of the greatest performers on TV

I think I still have my father's old copy of this LP around somewhere. The Jackie Gleason show was a Saturday night tradition in our home, Frank's version of Always is the finest I've ever heard. I wish Gleason and Art Carney and Frank Fontaine and Audrey and all the rest were still around...we'll never see their like again. Thanks for creating and posting this video!

I brought two vinyl LPs of Frankie Fontaine from the Flea Market in perfect condition, One of the LP has this song.- Always, Can anyone still have the video of this song in Jackie Gleason Show. I remember his was sitting on the staircase with Jackie Gleason. What a lovely song and good voice.

Its a shame this man became corrupted with the powers of ADAM. He had such a nice northern voice......
