Aamir suffered from Depression. The things you mention become boring after some time. Anyway, you have to always keep fighting for these things...the more you have these things, the further away you are from life and people start hating you.

Solution? apply the brakes, get out of the rat race, take it easy and take a roller-coaster ride in life. (It also helps to have a sense of humour...you can always change from an Adolf Hitler to a Charlie Chaplin) ;-)
