On November 23, 2009 private investigator, Derrick Roach, held a press conference at which he revealed the massive document dump that ACORN of San Diego had committed, disposing of not only thousands of documents revealing the inner workings of ACORN, but also confidential personal information like social security numbers, drivers license numbers, immigration records, and tax returns. During the afternoon of November 23, 2009, Derrick Roach was kind enough to sit down with the California Review for our very first official interview (we are starting an interview program for staff and students) and discuss his part in uncovering this latest feature of the ACORN scandal.

* Unfortunately during the interview my computer lost most of the interview, however luckily I had a friend record the interview on my iPhone as well. That is why a the opening part of the video is a splice of the two recordings. Also, midway through the interview, a homeless man approached us asking for spare change, so I cut the 30 seconds of the video out from the point of interruption to when we resumed filming.
