@TheCabbageLord right click -> show disabled devices, it should appear (it worked for me...) then right click on the stereo mix, enable :) hope it helps

To clear things up - this option is specific to the uploader's soundcard. If you're lucky, your own sound card might have something similar, like I used to have one which had a "What U Hear" option. However, the sad truth is that most sound cards will do nothing of the sort.

Hey, i'm trying to do this but it's not working at all, it doesn't seem to be picking the sound up when i play stuff off the soundboard, any ideas? Please help :(

@Sgtmeatloaf No problem. I'd like to think at least a few people learned from this. I want people to be able to record good quality audio because you'd had to have a great call with terrible audio. When I first started it just sounded so proffesional.

There is some VoIP programs called iCall or something that is free. I haven't used it in a while though.
But Skype is free to use if you call 800 numbers, which is what all of my Skype calls are made to.
