The knowledge of using cold water has mostly been lost in the west. Too bad. It is one of the best kept secrets for feeling totally alive and radiant. It is only in developed countries where we have the luxury of hot water that people have forgotten how to take cold baths.

  • I started my cold showers tonght and it feels great. Thx for your video and tomorrow I will look at your others. I'm always going no soap or shampoo and doing the paleo diet. Are you into this as well Dev? Look forward to seeing your videos. Thx!

  • I'd never heard of the paleo diet, so I looked it up. Let me know how you do with it.

  • @devkhalsa

  • "therapy" !

  • it is not a therapy ! it is a massacre to the body and of course, there must also be a strong dose of masochism . i was a pupil of Dr HERBERT SHELTON

  • cold showers make the body loose energy. the body must keep it's temperature which is 36.5C .Cold water when hits the body has a temperature at least 25 degrees lower! the body immediately uses it's on energy reservoirs in order to maintain the 36.5 Celsius at all cost ! dispersion of energy is not wise and people confuse the feeling of excitement felt after a cold shower with a gain of power. shower should not excite, it should clean and be slightly warm as blood temp. !

  • In the winter time my bathroom is always cold so i take a normal shower, but the last minute I put it on all the way cold

  • I usually have cold showers when the weather is warm/hot...I seem unable to take them in cold weathers...do you think cold showers should be avoided in cold weathers or not? Because in the country where I live, unlike in western countries, houses don't have a built-in heating system in the walls...so when it's cold here, you still have to wear alot of clothes when you're indoors and most of us even stay under the blanket when at home. Do you recommend cold showers in these conditions?

  • Does it have to be pure cold water? or can it be kind of cold and then slowly turn it too cold slowly?

  • No hot water for the past 2 days in my apartmen, so i've been taking cold showers. Man, I feel soooooo good. My entire body feels so good. Thats why I researched this topic on youtube. I had no idea it was so beneficial, but I believe it. Im gonna keep it going.

  • brill Dev. You have a lovely way of explaining things. I will practice taking cold showers and seeing the results first hand. Thanks man
