Animal Farm is a British animated film by Halas and Batchelor, based on the book of the same name by George Orwell, that was published in England on August 17, 1945, and written during World War II. It was the first British animated feature released worldwide. Despite the title and Disney-esque animal animation, it is in fact a no-holds-barred adaptation of George Orwell's classic satire on Stalinism, with the animals taking over their farm by means of a revolutionary coup, but then discovering that although all animals are supposed to be equal, some are more equal than others.

"So typical of a Brit." Sounds like stereotyping to me.

Its a time less classic book. And the 'Animal farm' has a lesson in it. Nothing typical. Just timeless. and so relevant even today.

people get so emotional about something like this because they cant think outside of their own small world. its a great work by Orwell and i bet this book is banned and even probably criminalized in every communist country.

So typical of You-Tubers trying to get in Political and social arguments that has somewhat little to do with the video.

It's an Orwell novel, not a British novel... His arbitrary place of birth does not give that land ownership over his work, Orwell would quite possibly have been disgusted at the suggestion and the misinterpretation of his work. He described government, all governments, as psychological prison camps that enslaved generation after generation with every increasing oppressive laws.

Arguing against Americans is just you saying chickens are better than sheep relative to the message of the book.

Napoleon is from Stalin. A once powerful dictator from Russia... and the events here are much milder than what happened in the past.
