Explanation in english: Training to sit up from lay down. First I rewarding nose touches in my hand, over his head. This is to build an understanding in the behaviour to move straight up. Then I train a session when I´m rewarding both lying down and when he sit up from this position. My focus is on how he direct his movement up and back when he is sitting up.
