@01shan001 Phoenix was right. You can't give a max contract to a PF who doesn't defend or rebound. He also moped and brought down the bench (usually with a towel over his head) whenever he got into foul trouble. Phoenix' problem has always been that Nash made guys feel more valuable than they actually were (eg. Shawn Marion, Stoudemire etc)
