I saw a video of Little Miss Gamer and the Wii Fit and it looked like a fun way to exercise. I used to play video games and throw in an unhealthy diet and lack of exercise and I was tanking around the 300 pound at the beginning of this decade. I have since been taking action to become healthier and now I weight around 220. Granted, it's still considered obese for a man of my height according to the BMI, but I feel much better now than I used to.

Australia???? holy crap, I assumed that one was one of the healthier countries.

Yo. According to several news reports, I've been reading recently America is no longer the fattest nation in the world. It's Australia.
What's Australia's reason for being so fat?

That isn't sad at all if the game offers physical activity then I don't see what the problem is with it, but if it is button mashing then you will get nothing out of it, some people have told me that wii sports and wii fit have helped them get in shape, that is why the wii has potential it may really help in the future with childhood obesity and so forth since kids seem to like to play more indoors these days, because quite a bit of people like to play video games.
they already have DDR wii

As for Britain, where I am, I think we're at no 3 or 4 for obesity so we're not too far away. I bet in about 20 years, the whole world will be obese. And our fat bellies will cause the planet to go hurling into the sun.
I think I'll be the 3% of people who still exercise in the world. What about you?
