the "moving monkey" is very possibly one of the camera crew who realized the monkey was falling off the shelf, so pushed it back up xD lol

I think the Donny the dog was responding to the ghost spirit of a child that enjoyed playing with him. See evidence of the ghost at the :42 mark. Look behind the blue stuffed animal and see the ghost move the monkey.

@OGstonerD It's definitely not trained... I know several dogs who do this. Most of them are herding breeds, which makes a little more sense but I do know one beagle mix who does this... quite strange.
