I DO LOVE THE PHIL DEMO"S ! THe best ones are after they are a GIANT HUGE MUSICAL HIT and then you go back and hear the demo ! Phil always worked with sounds and built the words around it. Unlike ELTON and BERNIE T. who wrote the words and built the sounds around it. SOME PEOPLE ARE SO AMAZING ! (well some) WINK ! This was probably recorded during the Both Sides 'sessions' - because there's a bagpipe used in the song, which he was very fond of at that time
