Union Bullies on the Budget

The union bosses at Service Employees International Union (SEIU) threaten to remove anyone who supports cutting wasteful spending instead of increasing taxes. SEIU would rather increase your taxes to protect every penny of salaries, holidays, retirement, and benefits of bureuacrats instead of tightening their belts like every California family has during this recession.

The fact is that special interest groups have hijacked our government from the top to the bottom - cities, counties, State and Federal. Few places can be found that are not corrupted by sucking money from one group to give to another.

And why does California need more Environmental laws or set up programs for the bad science of 'Global Warming'?

Put some Engineers in charge and they might spot the problems and find ways to build what we need and get rid of graft and unneeded waste.

Public Sector Unions are quickly becoming nothing more than goon squads who specialize in physical intimidation. It's been that way since Day One. It's time for the public to fight back.

There is no "RIGHT" for public sector unions to EXIST, let alone negotiate pay & benefits. They ought to be outlawed!

I'm sure most California employees would prefer to not be forced to join a union. I'm forced to pay nearly $100 a month to support the left leaning Union that does not represent me - but saddly, at the same time, there are few who care about the employees who are doing a good job and keep the State going - in spite of the divisive politics and special interest groups. After 36 years of it I'm getting sick of mindless critics.
