how long should you rest between workouts right now i'm lifting 30 lb dumbells 8 reps 12 sets biceps one day triceps and chest the next rest the next day and repeat i'm only interested in my arms am i overdoing it i've heard everyone say work on arms once a week and everything but i don't know who to believe and i'm tired of pissing my time away
