The first & the last part is called simply Serbian butchers dance (Xasaposerviko). Turks play it as an intro with "Exe gia" song, in it's instrumental version. The middle part here is a Jewish song "Haba Nagila" (or something similar).

So, you would come and find him or find me to share some Raki ;-) Actually, there were too many Greek Tavernas in istanbul before, some idiot politicians of us have forced to leave the Greek from Istanbul (1950's) There is one Greek Taverna in Istanbul I know, is belong to a Singer, "Fedon Kalyoncu" He is a really good singer but I prefer G. Bithikotsis, myself :) especially, while the song "i margarita i margaro" play on
