Whats the alcohol - non-alcohol deal? Is one for cleaning and one for disenfecting? If so, which one? Thanks

@Castleknight Alcohol doesn't kill germs it actually just moves bacteria away from the site. Alcohol free that I have is a disinfectant.
Arm is healing nicely...I'll have a cool scar the chicks will dig.
