In this scene they are speaking with a officer of the Securities and Exchange Commission who is very forthright about the nature of private banking cartel in control of issuing money for the united states i.e. The Federal Reserve. Also included are infographics played during the credits which give some very interesting information regarding the history and nature of the financial industry in the US
