On February 6, 2000, an 8-game 13-day east coast road trip came to an end for the Sacramento Kings, with a battle against Philadelphia. The Kings held a 3-4 record so far on the trip.
With Corliss Williamson out with an injury, Peja Stojakovic still banged up and in his 2nd game back from injury, and Vlade Divac's years of playing basketball catching up to his tired knees, Sacramento looks to be overwhelmed in this matchup.
Speaking of match-ups, the game was hyped all week as a match-up between two young studs in Jason Williams of the Kings and Allen Iverson of the Sixers.
The Answer did not disapoint, pouring in 50 points in this 119-108 victory for Philly.
Sorry, I'm missing the final 22 seconds or so, but the outcome was no longer in doubt at that point anyways.
Enjoy. ;)
