@Pwnzor729 The voice in the song is electronically manipulated, but if slowed down you can hear "Though not a follower of (David Koresh backwards), she was still a devout Branch Davidian.
The song is also 4:19, which was the date the compound was torched.
1969 was the year CS gas was officially banned for use against foreign enemies - it was used by the ATF on the Waco compound. And I'm sure that's not all of the allusions in 1969.
There are Waco allusions in some other BoC songs too.
