Laura returns to the house and tells Lucky to find Lulu and Nikolas. Meanwhile she tells Luke that she went to see Tracy.

When Lucky, Nikolas and Lulu get back she tells everyone that she's decided to go to Paris to get treatment so she will no longer slip in and out of catatonia.

Laura says her goodbyes to Lucky and Nikolas.

whoa can someone plz tell me what happen to laura???because the onyl thing i remember the last time was when luke & laura got married after she came bck & then after she got married bck with luke we all found out that laura was going back to a catonic state.i guess i didnt watch GH for a long time & didnt pay attention.but what happened to laura once she came bck again in '08?i need a story on what happened plz?!

She woke up in the summer of 2008 when her daughter Lulu ended up in shadybrooke, she helped her daughter gain her sanity back, but Laura relapsed again before lulu could bring her family to see her so they thought she was even more crazy cuz her doctor dissapeared to. Then Scott was harrasing Lulu and Laura woke up and agreed to go with him if he left lulu alone. Things got resolved eventually, but Laura left to Paris for treatment so she never relapses again. Scott followed her there.

I hope that they bring her back 4ever, we need her, her kids need her, and Luke needs her. Can we kill tracy? Please

i don't think we should kill Tracy. The quartermaine's are a dying breed at this point, with 3 of them left in town. and 2 of the 3 are rarely seen to begin with. Besides, i think a Tracy/Luke/Laura triangle could be interesting if Laura comes back to town. Of course i'd want Luke and Laura to come out on top, but i still think it would be interesting :-p

Yeah Guza is rewriting history, and it sucks, this is NOT Luke Spencer!!! Luke Spencer would choose no other woman over Laura!

I'm SO torn. I think anyone who's not in denial can admit that these 2 belong together... BUT I'm disgusted with what they have done to Laura's character. GF is such a great actress and now she has her Emmy... I can't stomach a comeback unless they're gonna do right by her AND Laura. And I swear if they bring her back after this I won't watch it on tv. I'll wait til some1 uploads it 2 youtube and read all the video comments first in order to avoid them doing any more damage to my L&L memory.

And honestly, I prefer Luke with Skye over Tracy, if he's not going to be with Laura...

Yes "given a little bit of time" it would be as strong as ever. But that's why Guza won't have Laura back full time. Even his hack ass knows that giving the audience time to see Tony and Genie interact as L&L is enough to blow the roof off this "changed" Luke and his horrid anti-romance with Tracy. You can not have Genie onscreen and expect anyone, save a few Lunacy nuts, and not expect L&L to be together. Guza is robbing them of time in a desperate effort to convince us Luke belongs wiht Tracy.

Who wrote this crap? It's terrible to rewrite the characters development and personalities as they have with the Luke and Laura arc here...

I love Tracy but Luke belongs with Laura. They have to bring her back. I started watching these two when I was 17 and I'm 50 now. They are the greatest pair in soap opera history. Tony Geary is a fantastic actor. Genie is fantastic too. Bring her back. They should end as the patriarch and matriarch of the show. They revolutionized the genre of soap operas along with Gloria Monty. They deserve a happy ending...we love you Luke and Laura.

It's hard to rewatch this scene, and realize how different things are between Lucky & Liz based on the last month or so on GH. If Laura was back she'd be heart-broken abt what has transpired but I highly believe her influence & love would greatly help the characters ( and of course GH in general...that's assuming the writing would be much better & less mob-focused...)

Such emotional moments between Laura & her boys. I think both actors did a good job of playing wounded guys but very loving and thankful to their mom & how she raised them despite difficult circumstances of mostly turmoil but also some special moments of when they were growing up. No one could ever fault Laura for not loving her family above everything else.
