yyayyy!! I cant wait to have my band so it can give me a swift kick in the ass when I eat tortillas..cuase boy do i love my tortillas! But lets get to the serious stuff can you still eat carne asada??? I am addicted to carne asada..I hope im still able to eat at least a lil bit when im banded! =)

Well "I" still can, yes but I think it may different for everyone, I often make myself chicken or steak quesadillas but I use the flat out wraps... NOT tortillas! LOL

A stuck episode for a bandster and a stuck episode for an RNYer sound identical pain-wise. I have had 3 major stuck episodes this past year and a half and it's miserable! Takes me hours to get over it. But, it's a good reminder, like you said, to chew, chew, chew! I have issues with eggs myself, no matter how they're cooked. My sister has also gotten eggs stuck with her Realize band. Some people can't eat bread, and I have no problem with bread. It's odd what will/won't get stuck.

I know how it feels to forget when you have no restriction, I'm in the same boat! Thanks for sharing your experience. I will stay away from tortillas after hearing your story..lol I am sorry you've been in pain this weekend and I hope you are feeling better. It's good to know it's working..(hugs)

lol I am not sure it had anything to do with tortillas or just how I was eating... everyone is different you may be able to tolerate em more and have no problem

Not sure how I missed your last couple of videos. ARGHH! I noticed on your main channel page you had some big losses these last couple of weeks since the band...YAY! You go girl! Now I will catch up on your other vids. Sorry about the tortilla. Yeah, been there done that. Ugh!

I'm sorry for that bad experience, no tortillas!!! I also eat tortilla when I go to my friend's house, she cooks great mexican food. Keep away from those tortillas. But now you know.
