Easy Christmas Cookies

5 ingredient cookies....it can't get any easier!! LoL When I bake these, the first batch that comes out of the oven are usually eaten within 10 minutes by me and my family....the rest are what I bring to christmas parties TeeHee =}

Do you use just a teaspoon of mint for 1 batch and a small tub of cool whip? Love how easy this looks.

@luvnrich40 I like to use a tablespoon of mint because I like a stronger minty taste. As for the cool whip, I've seen it sold in normal size and double size....I use the normal sized one :D If you make these, lemme know how they turn out :)
