Vision Racing pitstop practice at shop Dec 8, 2009

In this clip the pit crew guys share a laugh as the outside rear wheel changer, Derek Davison, finds the car a bit too slow for his taste.

Vision Racing has a dedicated pits stop practice area in a corner of the shop for daily practices. The floor area around the particular area is tectured to simulate pitlane conditions (and not too slippery).

In the off-season (now) the guys not only practice their usual positions but also switch up positions. In the spring, the team will pick the best team members for each particular position for the season.
