Patterson is the biggest girl. I thought he was going to break out in tears as he whined about how he never gets any respect. Maybe if you prepare for the whole season instead of one game he will actualy have some success for once. Horrible coach.

@Wayneman117 CONT: hire Troy Calhoun out of Air Force. I think he's the most underrated coach in the NCAA, he's outstanding. Clemson has outstanding recruiting and a lot of money from the alumni, they have no problem getting interest from coaches, they just need to find the right coach. Imo they worry too much about the big name of the coach and not enough about the quality of the actual coaching. I think Calhoun could make Clemson a top 15 team in NCAA every year and the class of the ACC.

@Wayneman117 Yeah, I agree. Patterson is an unbelievable coach. As a TCU fan I feel truly lucky to have a coach of his caliber and have him dedicated to the program. He's already turned down SEC head coaching jobs, Big 12 HC jobs, NFL DC jobs, etc, and those were offered before TCU was anywhere near what it is today. There really aren't many programs with a coach that you know is great and also know will be there every year and not have to worry about it.

@JetsRule25 - Yeah,I would had love 2 have had him at Clemson,Recently,I did a post on a forum ranking the top 10 coachs in the country,and as U might expect...Patterson was num#1...Hes an awesome coach. But responding to your response.Whittingham and Petersen are high on my wish list. Just wish Clemson wasn't so stupid and blinded to think DABO was our future.We need an over haul.Thanks 4 ya reply.

@Wayneman117 You're gonna need a new coach, Patterson has absolutely no chance of leaving TCU. Clemson has a much better shot at Chris Peterson of Boise State, Kyle Wittingham of Utah, Troy Calhoun of Air Force, etc. But Patterson is about as firm at TCU as any coach in the NCAA is at their program. He lives 0.2 miles from the stadium, his wife was born and raised in Fort Worth, Patterson was the main lobbier for the Big East, he has outstanding recruiting now, no longer disrespected, etc.

@ClemSonBoy1981 -bad news here is,Patterson just signed a new extention that pays him $2.5 mil per year...might take $3M to get him out now....not sure many schools would go that route-it'd make him one of the top 6 or 7 in the nation(highest paid)
