Arrest for Filming Cops in San Diego Again

The US COURT OF APPEALS has RULED that these type of actions by LAW ENFORCEMENT is UNCONSTITUTIONAL and Violates CAMERAMEN'S 1st Amendment. The Sheriff's Dept. has now have to answer for all these illegal actions, that they have openly promoted.
I demand the arrest of these Officers, to INCLUDE THE ARREST of Sheriff Bill Gore

When your in public, you can be recorded. Even the police have audio and sometimes video recordings to help themselves.
