This is a video clip from the DVD program "Storm Chase 1990-1992 by Robert Prentice."
This tornadic supercell was shot in east central Osborne County, Kansas (primarily). This storm was the first supercell of the famous June 15, 1992 tornado outbreak across north central Kansas. This poorly documented outbreak ranks as one of the greatest storm chase events of all time with a rotating cluster of supercells producing multiple tornadoes as it moved east across the Smokey Hills of Kansas.

This is cool. I never thought I would find anything on YouTube about my home county! US 281 was known as a 'highway of death' to truckers because of the steep drop offs. I remember many storms like this when I was growing up there. Last spring this town was hit by a week tornado, only one building lost. Thanks so much for posting.
